Pascal Birchler b204d3ead2 Taxonomy: After [36874], run the correct load-edit-tags.php hook on the new term edit page. 
When not misspelled, this hook is useful (and needed) for backward compatibility.

Unprops swissspidy.
Fixes #34988.
