Drew Jaynes 5e467a2774 Docs: Add changelog entries to the hook doc for the safe_style_css filter denoting recent CSS attribute additions. 
* `min-height`, `max-height`, `min-width`, and `max-width` were added in 4.4, see [33739].
* `list-style-type` was added in 4.6, see [37898].
