audrasjb 85552fcf25 Replace "Add New Media" title with "Add Media" in media-new.php 
In #61219, it was decided to replace each occurrences of "Add New […]" (post, page, taxonomy, whatever) with "Add […]", to make the interface more consistent and simplify the translation effort.

This changeset replaces a missed occurrence appearing when uploading a media from the list view in the media library, and updates it as well, for better consistency.

Follow-up to [59784], [59786], [59791], [60098], [60099].
