audrasjb 933bb3999b Help/About: Avoid extra redirections on HelpHub Links. 
This changeset replaces various HelpHub links that have changed to avoid extra 301 redirections.

Follow-up to [55412], [55413], [55414], [55415], [55416], [55431].

Fixes #57726.
