Sergey Biryukov a386eaebf3 Tests: Replace hardcoded /tmp/ references with get_temp_dir(). 
This allows more tests to pass on Windows.

Props danielhuesken, DJPaul, christophherr, joemcgill, netweb, davidbaumwald, SergeyBiryukov.
Fixes #40856, #39975.
