Sergey Biryukov aa62c253e0 External Libraries: Update the Iris color picker to version 1.1.1. ...

The latest version includes jQuery 3.x deprecation fixes:
* `$.isArray` → `Array.isArray`
* Event attachment/trigger shorthands → `.on()` and `.trigger()`
