Andrew Ozz 90f70fab53 TinyMCE, inline link: ...

- Add back the bottom box-shadow on the Apply button.
- Shrink `.mce-btn.mce-primary` to compensate for the bottom box-shadow.
- Tighten up/reduce the margins between the buttons.
